What is Katogato?

Katogato is a surf, streetwear, and lifestyle brand. Our designs are inspired by surf culture, Polynesia, Hawaii, the Côte d'Azur, ocean lifestyle, and urban street style.

What does "Surf. Street. Soul." mean?

"Surf. Street. Soul." describes the core of Katogato. "Surf" represents our roots in the ocean lifestyle. "Street" stands for modern fashion and wearable looks for everyday life. "Soul" represents attitude, freedom, personality, and the special feeling behind the brand.

Are Katogato products produced in stock?

Many Katogato products are only produced and printed after your order. This way, we avoid overproduction, unnecessary inventory, and textile waste.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time consists of production time and shipping time. Since many products are made to order, delivery may take a little longer than with classic stock items. The delivery times displayed in the shop provide an orientation.

Why is my product only produced after I order it?

Because we do not want to produce in mass. Katogato deliberately opts for a model in which products are only created when they are actually ordered. This helps to avoid overproduction and unnecessary inventory.

Can I change my order?

If your order is not yet in production, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a product is in production, changes usually cannot be made.

Can I exchange an incorrect size?

Please carefully check the size, color, product description, and size chart before purchasing. An automatic exchange due to incorrectly chosen size, color, or fit is not provided. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, of course.

What do I do if my product is damaged or delivered incorrectly?

Please contact us after receiving the goods with your order number and meaningful photos. If a product is damaged, incorrectly printed, or delivered incorrectly, we will review your concern and find a suitable solution within the scope of statutory liability for defects.

Can I return products?

If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, you can exercise it in accordance with legal provisions. Please refer to our cancellation policy and return information. Personalized or custom-made products may be excluded from withdrawal under certain legal conditions.

Who bears the return costs?

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in our terms and conditions. Please do not send unpaid parcels back to us.

Why is there a limit of a maximum of 4 items?

Katogato is a young brand, and many products are produced on order. To avoid abuse, joke orders, and disproportionate returns, we reserve the right to limit orders from private customers to a maximum of 4 items per order. Larger orders, teamwear, or B2B inquiries are possible upon prior request.

What sizes does Katogato offer?

The available sizes can be found directly on the respective product page. Please refer to the size chart, as fit and cut may vary depending on the product.

Are the colors in the product images exactly like in real life?

We strive for the most realistic representation possible. Depending on the screen, light, and printing process, colors may vary slightly. Minor color deviations do not constitute a defect, provided the product is otherwise in accordance with the contract.

Material information and care instructions can be found on the respective product page. Please also note the care instructions in the product so that your Katogato item looks good for a long time.
